i found myself unable to get much sleep last night. so, i decided to watch bottle shock for the first time. given my amore for great wine, i'm surprised i hadn't viewed this film earlier. loved it!
the cinematography in this film is beautiful. i especially loved the view from the above shot: those rolling valleys; the swaying wheat colored grasses; and the lighting...fantastic. go nature!! i will be visiting napa valley for the big "40" and can't wait to have a picnic on a vineyard with my sweetie. i will bask in the sweet nectars of the vine and, possibly steal a few kisses (hehehe). perhaps i'll even get to crush some grapes! that will be a very good day.
