i finally finished. seed stitch...don't you just love it! i used an amazing alpaca and silk blend yarn to knit this beauty. it is so luscious to feel and adds a lovely drape to the scarf. i've been tempted to remove this from the shop. but, alas, it is a labor of love to be worn by someone other than myself. still, with the temps in california beginning to fall, i wouldn't mind having this draped around my neck.

i happened upon this beauty as i was reading sfgirl's blog today. amazingly, i was also watching the quirky little indie comedy how about you, and she made a wonderful cameo ~ all dressed in black. absolutely lovely.
